Sparkling Wine, $50
N/V Henriot Brut Souverain (50% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir, 5% Pinot Meunier) – The nose is layered with citrus notes followed by floral bouquets, elderberry followed by lightly toasted bread and toasted almonds. The palate is well balanced with brioche and white peaches. A clean finish with creamy, tight bubbles.
White Wine, $50
Chateau Mont-Redon Chateauneuf-du-Pape Blanc 2015 – This classic wine from Rhone Valley displays aromas of fresh green apple, citrus, nectarines and white lilles on the nose. The palate is flush with apples and stone fruits balanced with good acid and minerality.
Red Wine, $50
2017 Jax Cabernet Sauvignon Calistoga Napa Valley, CA. – Ripe black berries, currants, and a hint of spice command the bouquet. Dense layers of black cherries, cocoa nibs, and forest floor coat the palate with subtle hints of cedar on the finish.
